My membership base is an assortment of fab women aged 25-55, including professionals, mothers, and fitness enthusiasts, though there are no exclusions to women looking to get fit!

They have made a commitment to attending consistent, progressive exercise routines with a focus on correct form and posture. They can rely on my coaching expertise to refine techniques, track progress, and prevent injuries.

This is a female-only programme designed to fit busy lives. The inclusive environment encourages accountability and practical integration of fitness through structured workouts like strength training, stability, and mobility drills.

My membership is a more financially accessible option to you  in comparison to my coaching services and I would love for you to come and join us regardless of your starting position there will be a place for you.
