My membership base is an assortment of fab women aged 20 up to any age, including professionals, mothers, and fitness enthusiasts, though there are no exclusions to women looking to get fit!

They have made a commitment to attending consistent, progressive exercise routines with a focus on correct form and posture. They can rely on my coaching expertise to refine techniques, track progress, and prevent injuries.

This is a female-only programme designed to fit busy lives. The inclusive environment encourages accountability and practical integration of fitness through structured workouts like strength training, stability, and mobility drills.

My women's only membership has been created to help women build strength and mobility to enhance posture, reduce pain and build some muscle mass! We use dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and steps. All levels are welcome with variations given where necessary. The community spirit is light hearted and supportive.
